Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive at the dock?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. During the months of December through April, the traffic on San Carlos Blvd. which leads to Fort Myers Beach can be backed up so plan accordingly. In fairness to all guests, we cannot delay our departure.

What should I wear?

The only requirement we have is that you wear non-marking soft sole shoes. Other than that, check the Fort Myers Beach weather forecast and dress accordingly.

What should I bring?

Bring sunscreen, hat, a small bag for your personal belongings and of course your phone and/or camera. Also bring any beverages, snacks and/or sandwiches if appropriate. We’ll provide a cooler with ice and there is refrigeration on the boat as well.

What shouldn’t I bring?

Avoid coolers with wheels. Small hand held coolers are fine.

What about life jackets?

The state of Florida requires all children 12 years of age and younger to wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved Type I, II or III life jacket (PFD) on any vessel underway. We will have onboard Type I U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets for use in an emergency. For those who consider themselves weak or non-swimmers we have available Coast Guard approved vest type life jackets.

Is there an age limitation for passengers?

Yes. We cannot take anyone age 6 and under.

What is your cancellation policy?

Since this activity is weather dependent, if we have to cancel for that reason or for something else unforeseen, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your trip you will also receive a full refund.
